• We Accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover Network and AMEX cards, To your convenience you have three options on-board, online or by phone.

 

• The credit card on file will be automatically charged  (3) hours before your pick-up time unless choose to pay on board.

 

• Credit Card data for online payment is securely stored into Stripe.com account.

 

• Final Billing and Receipt will be issued at the Drop off point.

 

• Your driver will be at your picking up adress on time or 5 minutes before. Please make sure you have enough time to get the airport in time. Please consider traffic and weather conditions for arrival time to the airport.

 

• E-TownCar is not responsible if the passenger is unreachable after arrival for Airport Pick-up reservations, passengers need to have cell phones turned ON upon arrival. If no contact has been made within 45  minutes from landing time, the reservation will be considered a "no show" and the total due for the transfer will be charged to the credit card provided.

 

• Customers are responsible for verifying all booking information at the time of scheduling, and to notify us of any errors in the confirmation. Please be certain all flight, contact and reservation information provided to us is accurate; we are not responsible if the arrival/departure information provided to us is incorrect, or if it is not provided to us at all.

 

• It is your responsibility to notify us, if any changes to your reservation information, such as flight number, arrival time, etc.

 

• If the area you have chosen is different than your exact pickup or drop off address, you may be charged for the remaining total. We will contact you for details.

 

• Waiting fee is $20/hour (No waiting fee for flight delays). For Airport Drop off and Point-to-Point reservations, the fee will be charged 15 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time.

 

• Rates do not include parking fees.

 

• Flat rates are based on pick-up and drop-off only. If additional stops are required, additional $10 charges apply for each stop en route to the Destination Address (maximum 15 minute duration).

 

• Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.

 

• Smoking is not permitted in any of our vehicles. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. A fee of 100.00 for each carpet or seat burn. Sanitation fee is 250.00.

 

• Any fines for illegal activity will be paid by the customer, Alcohol consumption and drug use is prohibited by law.

 

• Child car seats can be requested for an additional $10 each . 

 

• Add $10 extra for Airport Meet & Greet Service.
